But you are cooking food with artificial radiation. For the longest times in history the only sources of radiation were stars and planetary magnetic fields. I suppose you could say that every living creature did admit a small amount of electrical radiation that is inherent to living things.

Nevertheless there are few natural occurring sources of radiation. And with the invention of fire humans have been using radiation to heat food for thousands of years. And we just continue that cycle but in more creative and inventive ways.
