AI Collaboration Summary of Full article
The Canon 5D Mark IV is a full-frame DSLR camera that can handle various photography genres, including landscapes, portraits, wildlife, and weddings. It boasts a 30.4-megapixel CMOS sensor with dual-pixel AF technology, a DIGIC 6+ image processor, 61-point AF system, 4K video recording, and built-in Wi-Fi, GPS, and NFC. The camera has superb image quality, fast and reliable autofocus, and stunning video quality. The ergonomics and fit of the camera in hand are comfortable and intuitive with the button placement. However, it has some drawbacks, such as its steep price, poor battery life, and 4K video recording limitations.
It is still a great camera if you get your hands on one and can be picked up new and used from as low as $900 in poor quality and $2300 brand new on average. It is my 4th DSLR that I have used professionally following the Nikon D100, Canon 7D MK1, and Canon 1D MK2.
Every Camera has its place and its purpose. You just need to find the one that’s best for you.
